September Vacation Care Program 2009

We are pleased to announce that Rebecca Beed will be running the Vacation Care Program again. The children already know Bec as she has worked at our program for a number of years and she is looking forward to taking over her role again.

The program will be open for 10 days from 21st September to 2nd October from 7.30 am to 6.00pm.

There will be one incursion this program – The Woodwork Workshop which is run by our local Mens Workshop. We will also be having two excursions the first week - a trip to the park or the movies and the next week Time Zone.  We have many other exciting activities planned SO PLEASE SEE THE VACATION CARE PROGRAM ATTACHED.

How To Book - Bookings nights for the September School Holiday Program will open on Monday 14th September and Wednesday 16th September at Yawarra Primary School. These are the only two opportunities families have to secure a place in the program. Bookings will be taken in the Out of School Hours Building (Kidcare) between 4pm – 6pm at Yawarra Primary School.  Bookings can also be made via email to: Charles.carol.c1@edumail.vic.gov.au but only if all completed forms and payment details are attached.  All enrolment forms must be completed prior to bookings.  Enrolments made after 6pm Thursday 17th September will incur a $10 late booking fee per family.
